- [ABSTRACT IN ENGLIGH] A qualifying examination of extinguishing agents is necessary to be introduced and purchased in the Budewwehr. Basis of judgement for the qualifying examination are 'technical conditions of delivery' (TL). They remain untouched by the introduction of the common market because a special test standard of the Bundeswehr is necessary to protect soldiers in case of fires. Tolerant attitude of foam compounds relating to the environment is already part of the examination. Questions refering the removal of used foam- and extinguishing water are discussed. The regulation prohibiting FCKW halons is already carried out for fire fighting equipment and installations of army, airforce and navy.
