- The purpose of this publication is to provide you with a guide to implement Construction Industry Institute (CII) concepts in your company's various plants and divisions. The focus is toward large, decentralized companies. The guide is generalized; each company will have to tailor it to its own structure and specific needs. This publication consists of: (1) a workbook to assist member companies in setting up a program to implement CII concepts; (2) commentary on the workbook's use. The commentary is to provide you with suggestions about the information needed in the workbook.
