- Abstract
- The Spacelab Environmental Control/Life Support System (ECLSS) is a result of the experience gained from other space programs and studies. Spacelab will use an earthlike atmosphere that reduces some safety concerns. Identification and development of safety requirements and design features beginning with the Apollo Lunar Module/Command Module to Skylab, to Shuttle and to Spacelab are discussed.
