- Abstract
- The use of microcomputers for the performance of dynamic exiting calculations is a relatively new technique. The particular program addressed by this paper deals with the microcomputer applications to the dynamic exiting calculations used in conjunction with the NFPA 130 Standard for Fixed Guideway Transit Systems. The merits of the use of dynamic exiting for fixed guideway transit systems is not discussed in this paper, only the application of the microcomputer program is detailed for the readers use.
