- Abstract
- This huge 250 x 128 m hangar by the main runway at Helsinki-Vantaa airport is the most valuable target for fire in the whole of Finland. If all eight service bays are in use simultaneously, the value of the property in the hangar can total over 2 billion Finnish marks. The fire risk of the Leko-7 hangar assumes its rightful dimensions when compared with the 100 million mark loss arising from Finland's most costly fire to date.
