- Abstract
- A thermographic survey of buildings located at the NBS Boulder Site was performed in the first week of March 1976. This survey identified areas of energy waste which could be treated as part of a retrofit program for reducing energy consumption. Specific recommendations for retrofit measures for energy conservation are given.
