Abstract
The objectives of the research, therefore, were twofold: [1] to provide analyses of the urban fire threat for conditions specified by OCD, Research and [2] to develop a general methodology of fire behavior analysis (i.e., a fire behavior model). The objective of this contract is to develop a complete model, incorporating, with modifications and extensions as reuired, the URS Corporation technique for calculating sustained fires and fire spread resulting from an attack on an urban area, and to apply the complete model in making certain specific calculations.
