- Abstract
- Classical studies of boundary layer diffusion flames have neglected radiation. As a first step toward a better understanding of radiation heat transfer in fires, a numerical solution is obtained for a steady, laminar, radiating, combusting, boundary layer over a pyrolyzing fuel slab.
