- HAZARD I: Qualitative Assessment [1] Preliminary Remarks 1.1 Versions of HAZARD I A qualitative assessment of HAZARD I has already been carried out and is documented in Report 3. This report contains a quantitative assessment consisting of a comparison between theoretical prediction and experimental results for three tests. The only part of HAZARD I which is relevant given the terms of this comparison is the model FAST, which predicts temperature, smoke and gas concentrations.
