This report provides results of OPEVAL of Halon 1301 Fixed Fire Protection System for CV machinery spaces. Report states that, based on testing, the Halon 1301 system is operationally effective and operationally suitable. The report recommends approval for service use, correction of minor discrepancies prior to fleet introduction, and FOT&E on early production system.
