- Abstract
- This team investigation focuses on provisions of the regulatory systems which adversely impact re-use of existing buildings. The findings are separated into experimentally based team analyses of regulatory systems and data gathered from several Massachusetts sources. A series of recommendations for resolution of specific code problems are made, and a research agenda is presented to identify areas for future study towards the resolution of code-rehab conflicts.
