- In his critical assessment of the contractual arrangements, design responsibilities, physival evidence, subsequent analyses, and public-safety issues involved with the collapse of L'Ambiance Plaza, the author has performed a great service for the structural engineering community. There are, however, certain physical details of the L'Ambiance Plaza collapse that merit additional discussion and clarification.
