- This report, for the most part, is based upon epidemiologic investigations conducted by the Injury Study Unit, Denver, Colorado. These investigations were originally analyzed by several persons, but principal work was done by Michael Oliva and Charles Petrillo. It shoudl be noted that in addition to reporting the facts,interpretation and comments are presented.
