- JASMINE: Qualitative Assessment [1] Preliminary Remarks A qualitative assessment of JASMINE has already been carried out and is documented in Report 5. This report contains a quantitative assessment consisting of a comparison between theoretical prediction and experimental results for three tests. JASMINE is in a continual state of development at the Fire Research Station and this study pertains to the current version, i.e. JASMINE Version 1.2. Later versions would need to be subjected to further study. The figures referred to in this report are given in Appendix 4. Before describing the study further some general comments need to be made about comparison between theory and experiment.
