- Abstract
- A concept is presented for a general model to guide fire hazard analysis and risk measurement. The model is the analyses of the hazard or risk in a specified building rather than a class or other grouping of facilities. An outline of the General Model and of its principal consituant elements is presented. The state of development, significant references, and current level of usability of elements is discussed.
