- This article deals with the fire stopping of cables and other sevices passing through fire-resisting walls and floors. Cullington with his colleagues he is responsible for approving the use of combustible fire stoping systems and other new products for which the GLC has statutory control (largely in Inner London). However, as is well known, the influence of a 'GLC approval' extends over a much ider area.
