- To evaluate and review legislation and underwriting policies of a variety of issues relating to arson, and develop, where appropriate, recommendations for revision. Attention should be given, but not limited, to the following: * five-day cancellation provisions; * valued policy laws; * arson penal codes; * insurance department fraud bureaus; * arson-reporting immunity laws; and * state aid to cities and counties.
