- Abstract
- The methods of measuring HCN concentration inside the animal exposure chamber are discussed. It is shown that, from the comparison between pyriudine-pyrazolone calorimetric method and iron-selective electrode one, the former is less sensitive in the high range and the latter is applicable to 5000 ppm. However the latter is difficult to apply in the range below 10 ppm.
