- Abstract
- A series of large scale compartment fire experiments have been carried out by Shell Research Ltd, Thornton Research Centre at the Norwegian Fire Laboratory (NBL) operated by SINTEF at Trondheim, Norway. The experiments were designed to provide data on fire severity and smoke emission suitable for hazard model validation and guidance on risk assessment, for a range of fire scenarios. This report contains the data generated in Test COMP-23, a 6m² diesel-fuel pool-fire in a well ventilated compartment.
