- Abstract
- The feasibility of using an aircraft multiplexed data acquisition system for on-board aircraft hazard detection and control are discussed. The hazards of primary interest are fire, explosion, overheat, smoke and explosive vapors. Hazard control involves system shutdown as well as activation of extinguishing systems and other active protective part of the total aircraft data system requirements.
