- Abstract
- It is found that rates of weight loss of PMMA decomposing in air are much faster than those decomposing in nitrogen at the same temperature. Normalized weight loss rates were calculated using a computer by taking the time derivative of the measured weight of the sample and then dividing by the initial sample weight.
