- Abstract
- Fire suppression by nitrogen pressurization (FSNP) has been suggested as a fire protection method for pressurizable enclosures such as submarines. The specific objective of this project is a mathematical model describing the effects of thermal factors supported by moderately small-scale experiments at the University of Washington and intermediate-scale experiments at the Naval Research Laboratory.
