- Abstract
- An Act to provide for the regulation of the manufacture, sale, commerce, and in specific instances the use, within the State of Illinois, of fabrics, articles of wearing apparel, bedding, dolls, and toys which are so highly flammable as to be dangerous when worn or used by individuals, and for other purposes; to provide for the administration of the Acy by the State Fire Marshal; to provide for injunctive relief and penalties for its violation; and to make an appropriation therefor.
