- Abstract
- A study was made at the National Bureau of Standards of the different techniques that could be used for testing thermal storage devices and rating them on the basis of thermal performance. This document outlines a proposed standard test procedure based on that study. It is written in the format of a standard of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers and specifies the recommended apparatus, instrumentation, and test procedure.
