- Results of an accident investigation of a test chamber inside a high bay area is detailed; many photographs are used to illustrate the extent of the burning and the pattern of flame propagation. The information will be used so that procedures may be developed, protective clothing, fire extinguishing and fire detection systems may be implemented.
