- The Regent Arcade Shopping Centre is a three-storey enclosed shopping arcade with a high barrel vaulted roof to the L-shaped mall. It is approximately 305 m long x 46 m wide x 18 m high at its highest point and is open at both ends with access to the public from the High Street and Regent Street. Enclosed on two sides by existing buildings, the arcade is comprised of 60 retail units at basement, ground and first-storey levels, plus an indoor market and restaurant in the first storey. Also incorporated is a service deck with both access and exit for service vehicles via a ramp at the south entrance to the development, and a management suite in the second storey at the north end of the site facing onto the main High Street.
