- Abstract
- A short review of existing numerical methods for solving the general time dependent equations which describe laminar flame structure reveals that there is no method presently available which possess the utilitarian features of accuracy, stability, speed, minimum cost and east implementation. Accordingly, a new efficient method is presented which is a generalization of the standard "method of lines."
