- Abstract
- The Preliminary Assessment Report for the Forest Glen Annex of Walter Reed Army Medical Center contains information to complete the Preliminary Assessment phase of the CERCLA process. The report provides information on hazardous substances identification and storage, and potential receptors for the identification and storage, and potential receptors for the ground water, surface water, and onsite pathways. The report contains responses to the PA checklist in EPA docuemnt "Preliminary Assessment Guidance", a completed EPA form 2070-12, and an inventory of waste and hazardous material storage areas. The information contained in this report can be used to perform a Hazardous Ranking System scoring of the site as required by CERCLA for Federal facilities.
