- The doors of PLASTEC are open to all personnel of the Department of Defense technical and scientific community and to others with demonstrated interests in the military uses of plastics. this brochure is presented in definition of our operation and organization. Although we are physically and administratively connected with the Army Material Command under the direction of the Office of the Director of Research and Engineering, we are available to all Services and their contractors.
