- Data on 12,132 emergency room product-related injury cases was transmitted to a GSA computer by Touch-Tone Telephone input over a seven mongh period from 5 Memphis,Tennessee hospitals. This final contract report descirbes the project and findings. Supplemental reports describe (1) a proposed method of coding injury information, and (2) 1969 accidental deaths by specific type of accident and age group for Memphis-Shelby County, Tennessee.
