- This workshop covered two major areas: Mishaps and Maintenance/Manufacturing. It addressed the hazards and associated countermeasures, both existing and required. General plans were identified to assure the required countermeasures could be developed. Volume 1 of this report containes the executive summary, abstracts of the presentations, the agenda and a list of attendeed. Volume 2 contains copies of the presentations and the information presented in Volume 1.
