- Under contract with the Office of Civil Defense, T.Y. Lin and Associates has prepared a computer program for the analysis of the effects of post nuclear attack fires on structures in terms of post attack usability. The report, "Reusability of Buildings After a Warfire" describes the evaluation procedure carried out by the computer. Documentation of the program is contained in this report.
