- Abstract
- This year's Proceedings is an update of the first cumulative Proceedings that we issued in 2003. The response to that has been positive, with little sentiment for a hard copy of the Proceedings. We plan to continue future updates to this CD, adding each current year's papers, thus providing a record of the field that advances with time. On this CD, we have again included an author index and a rough subject index. The numbers of attendees and papers at the 14th Conference rose slightly and appear to have stabilized. This is despite our still being in a weak economy and declining resources being applied to halon replacement studies. We received many suggestions for adaptations for next year and will be working with these in the coming months. Stay tuned to the web site for details: www.bfrl.nist.gov/866/HOTWC . The pages linking to the actual papers are ordered by year and then title. To conserve space only the title, authors and year are included in the link.
