- Abstract
- Total of 43 standard scale tests were conducted, 34 tests on the 4.5 m2 tray (144B) using heptane as fuel and 9 tests on the 1.73 m3 tray (55B) using acetone. The primary intention was to provide a wide range of results for the development of a small scale method and not to evaluate the performance of the specific foams used in the sereis even though considerablydata has been obtained. The standard scale tests were conducted in two test series, the first in the very beginning of the FAIRFIRE project and the second series about one year later at the end of the experimental work. The results are summarised in tabulated form with additional comments and observations. There are also radiation graphs from each test. All tests were recorded on video
