- Abstract
- The increasingly important role of polyester/cellulose, primarily polyester/cotton fabrics in the textile market is attributed to their excellent properties. The potential impact of new flammability standards on products where polyester/cellulose blend fabrics are widely used thus poses difficult problems unless and until satisfactory processes are developed for imparting the required level of flame resistant properties to these blends.
