- Abstract
- An investigation was performed to determine the flammability of sleeping bags and tents generally used by children. Specimens were obtained from seven tents and a play tunnel and from thirty-four slumber and sleeping bags, both laundered and non-laundered. A lighted cigarette, hot charcoal briquette and burning paper match were were used as the ignition source for the slumber and sleeping bags.
