Abstract
ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH A three dimensional field model is presented to simulate convective fluxes buoyance in a forcibily or naturally vented room on fire. Refering to previous methods an improved numerical algorithm to resolve the local hydrodynamical equitations of conservation allowed the development of program KOBRA-3D for a personnel computer doing the presented simulation calculations. Correlations between the hot fire gases and the water drops of the spray can be taken into account. The efficiency of the model is proved by simulation of room fire experiments and fire fighting giving explanations about a possible success in fire fighting when conditions of fire development and delivery of extinguishing agents are defined. In this connection the average diameter of drops is an important parameter in experiments as well as in simulation.
