- Abstract
- In Japan, after the 1960's, as the increase of high-rise buildings, serious building fires with many deap persons become to happen frequently and it made building fires serious social problems. After such serious fires, very detailed inquiries were conducted and the regulations have been strengthened repeatedly, from the view point not to repeat a serious fire by the same cause.
