- Abstract
- The purity of the separated compounds was tested by electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, and atomic absorption analysis. Their isoelectric points and the isoelectric points of a number of other hemoglobin derivatives has been determined by ion focusing; the results are consistent with expectations based on the chemical differences between the various hemoproteins.
