- This report presents standards for the use of solar domestic hot water systems in residential applications. The standards have been developed for application in numerous housing programs of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and are a companion document to be used in conjunction with the HUD Minimum Property Standards for One and Two Family Dwellings, and Minimum Property Standards for Multifamily Housing.
