- Abstract
- Information is presentedon the pressure and rate of pressure development during a dust explosion. The data were obtained in laboratory studies in a 75-cubic inch vessel with mineral, agricultural and chemical dusts. The factors investigated include dust concentration, oxygen concentration of the atmosphere, admixed inert powder, and admixed moisture. Information is given also on the effects of these factors on the composition of the atmosphere after the explosion.
