- Abstract
- The statistics presented here were tabulated from unit and incident dispatch data extracted from the calls for service records from FIRES. This data rolls over from the CAD system to FIRES as calls are being processed. The tables show: where incidents occurred in Montgomery County; how often and where each station responded; the type of incidents each station responded to; how often and what kinds of incidents units dispatched to. Also included is statistical data obtained from the incident, unit and EMS reports prepared by fire and rescue service personnel. In order for the Technical Resources Management Division to collect reliable and meaningful data, each member of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service must complete all reports completely and accurately. Section 1 contains tables and graphs of County-wide fire and rescue incident and unit response statistics for Calendar Year 1998. Section 2 has tables that show the number of incidents that occurred in Montgomery County during Calendar Year 1997. Section 3 contains tables that show the number of incidents to which each station responded during Calendar Year 1997. Section 4 contains tables that show the number of incidents that each station responded to during Calendar Year 1998. Section 5 contains tables that show the number of dispatches for each unit within a corporation ares.
