- This report comprises an overview of the research conducted during a two-year period by four separate laboratory groups under the sponsorship of the Government Industry Research Committee on Flammable Fabrics and the Office of Flammable Fabrics, N.B.S. Its purpose is to present a comprehensive summary of the results obtained by the various laboratories, and to correlate wherever possible both their theory and experimental results.
