- [ABSTRACT IN ENGLIGH] This report tries to integrate the new building style in the system of German Building Law. The possible intepretations are described. Then the dangers for the user of these buildings are examined, in which especially the dangers of interior courts connecting several storeys are looked at. The resulting consequences for fire protection are collected in a catalogue of demands.
