- Transmitted herewith is the final report on Project Number APG/SSB/146-C, the object of which was to determine the operational suitability of the type 0-10 crash fire truck for USAF use in arctic areas. This test was a sequel to previous tests conducted in temperate conditions and in controlled low temperatures, the results of which are incorporated as an appendix to this report.
