- Abstract
- The principal objective of this work was to develop an apparatus and experimental procedure for small scale tests on flame spread across surfaces. To demonstrate the feasibility, extensive piloted horizontal ignition tests and flame spread tests (under externally applied thermal radiation) on pine wood were performed.
