- Abstract
- The objective of this research is the development of a formulation which, when added to water, produces a non-toxic, non-corrosive anti-freeze solution that is liquid down to -65 deg F, and which may have a fire extinguishing effectiveness two or more times that of water alone. The possibility of using hard fresh water or sea water with the formulation is to be considered.
