Abstract
The following is a summary of the work performed during the month of September 1952. Low pressure spark ignition measurements were made in 3.0 percent aviation gasoline grade 100/130 vapor-air mixtures using a spark gap formed by two #20 copper wire electrodes with 0.05-inch tips. This is an extension of the work performed previously with platinum electrodes.
