- This publication communicates the results of the work of the Panel on Wind and Seismic Effects during the period 1969 through 1991. The Panel is one of 16 Panels comprising the U.S.-Japan Cooperative Program in Natural Resources. Publications constitute a major end product of the Panel's efforts.
