- ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH Geographical Information Systems (GIS) have been used during the last years in many special fields to deal with three dimensional information. Only a program with an intelligent graphics supported system can meet the needs of the operation control by emergency services. The processing of vectorial graphic with a deposit of data, combined with screen data, gives the receiver of a call and the disponent a maximum interaction and therefore the opportunity to pick up the information of people in need fast and correctly. The operation control system works with intelligent vectorial and screen data. An effective information system is available, that traces automatically the happening and operation position and gives the actual state on a map. It is also possible to get a route plan to sort optimized route proposals under different criteria.
